LIFE AS OF TODAY

So far so good. It has been very busy here lately, in addition to taking care of our business,and my parents,and my family, my husband and I both have taken an evening job to help to be able to save for him to retire early. Thought we had a plan but of course, we were wrong! lol My husband must have surgery on his left elbow because he has nerve/muscle damage soon. So I will be taking on our job together alone for a bit. I also am having some health issues but must go on! Other than these things, we are doing good! We are paying off some extra debt , saving as much as possible, and enjoying life's little pleasures as we can. I am soo happy to see fall, it is my favorite time of year! It comes with a lot of prep work for winter but i still enjoy Gods beauty this time of year! Well I guess I really should get back to my day, I so love to read and learn from so many different bloggers! Thanks to all who have given me wisdom,inspiration, hope, and knowledge to know what and how to get a good life!!

UPDATE ON DAD AND MOM

Dad is hanging in there but did not get good news. He may have to have his foot removed completely, they are still trying a few things and hopefully they will work. Mom is also a trooper but all this is setting her back because she cannot get to her therapy and all. We can only do so much! I just ask all to remember them and all of us as this life seems to get crazier and crazier as each day passes. Well I am off to another of my many jobs these days so I will be back as soon as can. Just say a little prayer for us all please, there is so many more things going on but do not have time or energy right now to list. just know that we are ok and hanging in there and so thank you all for the e-mails and concerns!

Life Changers

Hello to all, sorry it has been a while. My title today is all about what is going on in my life as we speak. This week has been a very sorrowful one. We lost a good brother in Christ at our church and although he will be sadly missed we are also learning and remembering all the lessons he left with us. Also, we lost a fellow family member at the tender age of 23 this week. She was a light in many lives. She will be sadly missed but is so very loved.
All this, mixed in with a few other changes, this week has made a very sad, emotional, and tiring week. But it has also put a fire under those of us who looked up to these people and really understand that what their life was about simply was living for God. I know we have had several rededications and also baby christians who now want to become adult christians thanks to the life testimony of these. I for one love the Lord with all my heart and soul but still can always find ways of improving my witnessing and simply sharing my God with all that I meet. I pray that it does not always take a tragedy to wake us up and get up moving ahead for Christ. I am emotionally drained but also electified with excitement because I know we are on a new road for Christ and that this time we are better prepared to learn and know how to live our lives and also how to share them with others. I pray that if anyone who reads this has any ideas or info or just plain suggestions please let us hear them and also to always encouage one another as you never know if it will be your last chance to do so or not. The Crazy Days of my life!!

Hello to all. So sorry been so long has been a very rough and complicated time. We are , I pray, on our way to a slower less crazy life. Dad had to have part of foot ambutated and is still healing and trying not to lose any more.Mom has just been told there is another spot on her liver, after getting clean slate from cancer three months ago, so we are heading to doc on monday to find out more. Our oldest is going through a rough patch so we have been helping with 5 of our 7 grandbabies, but praying it will all work out. Our youngest and only one still at home, Shyanne, is doing great, little crazy, with all this going on but softball season has started and she is happy. I have picked up a few house cleaning jobs to help out and also still waitress on third shift Friday and Saturday nights. So.... needless to say, we are having a very wild ride at this season in life. We are determined to get it all worked out and settle back down into a little slower, sane, and enjoyable life! We know God is in control and that everything will get fixed just as He has planned. Appreciate all the prayers and support!! I will be back soon, I promise, and even though not time to write a lot have loved reading allmy favs to give me inspiration and motivation!!
